Sustainable building with certificate? We'll get you there.
There are now numerous systems according to which you can have your building certified. In addition to national labels, there are three globally recognized building certificates: DGNB, BREEAM and LEED. But which is the right one for your building? We support you in making the right choice and take over the optimal handling of the certification process.
Why us?
Because we proactively participate in the further development of the leading certification systems. We were selected by the German Green Building Association e.V. as one of only five companies to transfer the US certification system LEED to German-speaking countries. We also played a key role in developing the core system of the ÖGNI and adapted the world-leading BREEAM New Construction system for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
