Results of our pde employee survey

The satisfaction of our employees is a key concern for us and is therefore also anchored in our strategic goals. An important part of this is the annual pde employee survey, which helps us to continuously improve as an employer. In order to remain an attractive employer and to retain our existing top employees.

We are therefore very pleased that we were able to improve our overall satisfaction with pde as an employer to a new record level of 4.32 out of 5 stars. We have also maintained or even increased the already very high level of the previous year in many other areas. You can find an extract from the results in the chart.

We would like to thank all pde employees for their participation. You can see that participation is important to everyone - just as it is important to us to derive effective measures from the results again this year.
