pde wins contract for New Courts tenant fit-out planning

The construction and basic fit-out of the New Courts office and commercial building in Berlin-Wedding was successfully completed by colleagues from PORR Großprojekte Hochbau in August 2021. pde Integrale Planung was also significantly involved. From July 2019 to February 2020, pde planned the project from work stage 5 – with 20 planners of architecture, structural engineering, technical building services, building physics, BIM, LEAN and sustainability.

The successful work was rewarded. pde Integrale Planung has now been commissioned with the tenant fit-out planning for work stages 2-5. The successful completion is planned for January 2022. The DGNB Gold certificate is envisaged for the basic fit-out including tenant fit-out.
