LEAN on the production line - for the BMW Group plant

The conversion of the main plant into the “New Class” not only involves an impressive 185,000 m² of space, but also a great deal of precision in planning and process control - and this is precisely where our LEAN expertise comes into play.

For this major project, we are relying on LEAN Design and LEAN Construction in order to implement it in a coordinated and efficient manner and on schedule - while the plant remains in operation.
