Our BIM management is a key interface for project success. In the coordination of projects in building construction and/or civil engineering, or in the development of corporate or project strategies as part of BIM implementation. As a team, we have decades of experience in the application and implementation of various BIM requirements.

How we implement the BIM requirements

When implementing the requirement, we rely on transparent communication and implementation at the point of value creation. Our LEAN working method enables consistent reporting and a cascading structure of information transfer. In this way, all parties involved receive up-to-date access to information from the BIM models or BIM processes that is appropriate for their function.

BIM use cases and building data management

In addition to the classic BIM use cases, we also offer our services in the development of a BIM corporate strategy. We use SCRUM and LEAN methods to achieve objectives that were previously developed in workshops. Our focus here is on enabling our clients to use BIM through the BIM instructors in our BIM Training and Support team.
