Workshop for our managers

Following the outstanding result of our annual employee survey with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.32 out of 5 stars, the associated workshop for our managers took place last week. The aim: to analyze the results in depth and derive the right measures.

We are certain that this was an excellent success, enabling us to maintain the top results next year and work together to create an environment in which every employee feels comfortable and can continue to set standards.
