The secret of success: Regular Communication
Since 2018, our LEAN experts have been conducting Regular Communication in the central departments and on selected construction sites. This is a short, structured coordination process that promotes communication among employees and optimizes internal processes. There are currently around 80 ReKos running throughout the PORR Group - and the number is growing all the time.
The decisive advantage: The control function through the visualized display and the structured deviation management.
