Overall planning performance of the Frauen-Kopf-Klinik Innsbruck

We are responsible for the overall planning services for the revitalization of the underground car park at the Frauen-Kopf-Klinik in Innsbruck.

The special feature: The project is being carried out as part of an alliance framework agreement as an early contractor model. Together with the PORR Group as total contractor, we are already involved in the project in the planning phase known as partnering and are developing it as an alliance together with the client in order to implement an optimal construction solution.

A total of approx. 380 parking spaces on three floors and an area of approx. 10,000 square meters are to be renovated. A challenge, as the ongoing operation of the clinic and laboratories should not be disrupted. We are therefore planning a low-dust and low-noise design.
