Our BIM expertise for Munich Central Station
The construction of the new Starnberger Flügelbahnhof station will breathe new life into a central part of Munich's history: a pioneering five-story building complex is being built in a prominent location along Arnulfstraße, featuring retail, restaurants, office and commercial space, underground parking, and a 69-meter-high tower with 17 floors and panoramic views of the city, which will be open to the public.
Our BIM specialists are supporting the high-rise sub-project in the area of construction logistics and site setup with a comprehensive BIM approach:
- BIM technical coordination, collision and information checking, and quality documentation
- Creation of a 4D construction logistics model including construction phases and temporary facilities
- Evaluation of access routes and construction site infrastructure (construction power, construction water)
- Model-based quantity and mass determination for tender packages
In cooperation with DBinfraGO, we are thus ensuring efficient planning, clear communication and transparent processes for this complex infrastructure project in the heart of Munich.
