Internally thinking outside the box

At pde, the JobSwitch offers employees the opportunity to spend some time getting to know another department. The aim is to gain new perspectives and learn more about the day-to-day work of colleagues.

As part of this programme, colleagues from the Planning department recently took the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of timber construction for half a day. In addition to exciting insights into how the team works, the programme also included a visit to the B.R.I.O. project construction site.

This not only gives our colleagues new perspectives, but also a better understanding of what other departments do on a daily basis. It's a great format that promotes exchange, cooperation and understanding – and provides plenty of inspiration along the way.
