Hirschfeld Project: EU Taxonomy Compliant

In Vienna's Floridsdorf district, north of the Danube and nestled in a green belt stretching to Bisamberg, ARE Austrian Real Estate developed two sites for nature-oriented residential buildings with 328 apartments.

Our sustainability experts assessed the eight buildings on these sites in accordance with EU taxonomy criteria. The submission to ÖGNI was successful: All buildings were confirmed as EU taxonomy compliant.

This means:

• Fulfilment of the requirements in all six environmental objectives
• Significant contribution to climate protection
• No significant impairment of other environmental objectives
