Hirschfeld Project: EU Taxonomy Compliant

In Vienna's Floridsdorf district, north of the Danube and nestled in a green belt stretching to Bisamberg, ARE Austrian Real Estate developed two sites for nature-oriented residential buildings with 328 apartments.

Our sustainability experts assessed the eight buildings on these sites in accordance with EU taxonomy criteria. The submission to ÖGNI was successful: All buildings were confirmed as EU taxonomy compliant.

This means:

Fulfilment of the requirements in all six environmental objectives
Significant contribution to climate protection
No significant impairment of other environmental objectives

We are delighted with the confirmation from ÖGNI and are proud to be contributing to sustainable urban development in Vienna together with ARE.
