Digital planning for tomorrow's education
For the new construction of the Seestadt Aspern Central Vocational School, we are relying on comprehensive BIM coordination – from the start-up phase to execution and handover.
The focus of Vienna's largest school construction project is on implementing the BIM requirements of the City of Vienna, as well as structured model communication and collaborative planning across all specialist models.
From 2028, the central vocational school will offer space for teaching and learning for up to 7,500 pupils and 350 employees in three buildings with a total gross floor area of over 48,000 m².
With clearly defined roles, OpenBIM processing and an integrated project platform, our BIM team is already laying the groundwork for the successful operation of this PPP (public-private partnership) project for decades to come.
This is a strong example of our digital excellence in educational construction as well.
