BIM coordination for the German Bundestag

We are responsible for BIM coordination for the new office and administration building for the German Bundestag.

The Elisabeth-Selbert-Haus with a gross floor area of approx. 13,000 m2 for over 200 offices will be built in the historic centre of Berlin by the end of 2026. The cramped city centre location, the listed neighbouring buildings and the difficult building site require a high degree of planning and construction expertise. In order to create the optimal conditions for this, the PORR Group is planning and building with our BIM expertise. This enables a holistic, transparent presentation of the project over the entire life cycle and promotes fast decision-making processes, schedule reliability, cost transparency and efficient collaboration. This creates security for everyone involved in the project.
