A project that redefines standards
A residential neighborhood is currently taking shape on Oderstraße in Berlin-Neukölln, demonstrating how ambitious housing development and consistent sustainability can successfully go hand in hand.
While work is already in full swing at the construction site, a forward-looking building complex is taking shape, featuring 142 apartments and a complementary studio building—efficiently planned, implemented in a standardized manner, and guided by a clear vision. What makes this project special is that it combines four demanding sustainability standards under one roof: EU Taxonomy, BREEAM, NaWoh, and QNG Plus.
A key factor in our success is our pde Sustainability Department. As auditors and the point of contact between the client, general contractor, design teams, and certification bodies, we manage and ensure the implementation of all requirements.
Our Services:
- Management and coordination of certification processes across all project phases
- Development and tracking of detailed catalogs of measures
- Life cycle assessments and life cycle cost analyses
- Construction product and process management
- Quality assurance through on-site visits and documentation
- Implementation of the Building Resource Passport and circularity assessment using Madaster
- Validation of compliance with the EU Taxonomy
This is how we ensure the highest standards of energy efficiency, climate impact, resource conservation, and long-term value retention.
The project impressively demonstrates what is possible today: Through the use of prefabricated components, material-efficient designs, and consistent circular planning—in collaboration with EQUILIS, KF Unternehmensgruppe GmbH, PORR Deutschland, Adamas, and Madaster Germany—a residential project is being created that combines environmental responsibility with urban comfort and delivers sustainable results throughout its entire life cycle.
Sustainable construction is not a pipe dream.
It’s happening right now—live on the construction site.
