Systémy certifikace budov jsou důležitou součástí udržitelného stavebnictví. Poskytují uznávané postupy a metody, které lze použít k minimalizaci využívání zdrojů nebo emisí v souladu s komfortem budovy. Díky tomu je kvalita budovy viditelná a srovnatelná. Naši odpovědnost v oblasti udržitelnosti bereme velmi vážně: proto projektujeme v souladu s uznávanými stavebními směrnicemi a aktivně se podílíme na dalším vývoji předních systémů certifikace budov.

Byli jsme vybráni německou asociací Green Building Association e.V. (GGBA) jako jedna z pěti společností, které mají za úkol převést americký certifikační systém LEED do německy mluvících zemí. Podíleli jsme se na vývoji základního systému ÖGNI (Rakouská rada pro udržitelné stavitelství) 2017 pro typy budov, jako jsou kanceláře, hotely, obytné budovy, výrobní a logistické budovy. Také jsme přizpůsobili světově uznávaný systém BREEAM New Build pro Německo, Rakousko a Švýcarsko.
